Updated Travel System Version 4.2 Available [03/10/08]
Dear Travel System Users and other interested parties:
On Monday, March 10, 2008, an updated version of the Travel System (Travel System Version 4.2) will be available for download and installation. It is not required that all users convert to Travel System Version 4.2 immediately as both versions (4.1 and 4.2), will be operational and supported through Friday, March 28, 2008.
On Monday, March 31, 2008 all users must be using Travel System Version 4.2 as Version 4.1 will no longer be operational.
OSU Medical Center users must call their MedCenter help desk at 3-3861 which will facilitate the installation of Travel System Version 4.2 on their computers.
All other users may have the capability to download and install this upgrade without IT support. If you required IT assistance for the previous installation of Version 4.1, you will require IT support for this upgrade too. To install Travel System Version 4.2 please access the Travel Office Web site at: http://busops.osu.edu/travel.php.
A key enhancement for the Travel System Version 4.2 upgrade is the ability to accommodate the expansion of the OSU Employee ID/OSU ID field to 9 characters (coming in late March for new employees).
