Purchasing and Travel Cards will expire at the end of April (April 30, 2008)*. New cards will be available for pick-up the week of April 21st for activation beginning May 1, 2008. A reminder will be emailed to SFOs by April 15th with information regarding a pick-up location.
Also, the university has a new Purchasing Card provider, PNC Bank. A few notables about the change:

- PNC requires that a form be signed by each card manager in order to activate dispute rights, which are now available on all cards.
- The monthly billing cycle will shift by one day (reallocation window will grow by one day per month, limits will reset one day earlier--Current: 26th - 25th, New: 25th - 24th.
- Purchasing Cards will have a new design.
