Issue Update: Incorrect Data Displaying in APU132DW Report [01/28/08]
This update is pertinent to Purchasing Card Users and Approvers:
This is a follow-up to the issue from October 2007, regarding incorrect data displaying in the "Recon By" column of the APU132DW report.
A change will be migrated into the Financials System on Thursday night, 1/31/08, so that any new transactions entered into the Financials System on Friday 2/1 and beyond will be correct on the APU132DW report.
However, this fix will not be able to correct past transactions, prior to 1/31. It was not feasible to change past transaction data.
