FY08 Deadline for Entering System Receipts for Cap. Assets & Tracked Non-Cap. Assets [6/02/08]
Equipment Coordinators need to be sure to input the receipts for capitalized assets and tracked non-capitalized assets by Wednesday June 25, 2008. Receipts for capitalized assets and tracked non-capitalized assets entered after June 25, 2008 will be recorded in Fiscal Year 2009.
Equipment Coordinators should also be aware that the Access to Asset Management pages will be unavailable from 5:00 pm June 26, 2008 to 7:00 am July 1, 2008. If you have any questions, please contact Asset Management at 8-4788.
