Graduate Fee Authorizations: Tuition Credit Timing and OSU Football Tickets [9/08/09]
HRPs will need to perform hire/rehire transactions for GFA-eligible employees (Graduate Fellows, Trainees, Research Associates, Administrative Associates, and Teaching Assistants) in the HR/SIS by 5:00 p.m. on 9/21 to place the tuition credit on a student's account before classes start, and to enable these students to pick-up OSU student season football tickets; the first game for student season tickets is on 9/26. Students need only be enrolled to pick-up tickets for any games prior to the start of the season.
The hire/rehire process is one part of the tuition credit process; students also need to meet the enrollment criteria for the tuition credit to apply.
