Summer 2009 (Term 1094) Grad Fee Authorization GL Entries [10/19/09]
Please be aware of an issue regarding the Summer 2009 (SU09/Term 1094) Grad Fee Authorization entries posted to the General Ledger in September. Many of the SU09 Graduate Associates and fellowship amounts posted to the GL were only a fraction of the actual charges. Correcting entries will be made centrally in October by journal entry.
Be advised that efforts are underway to prevent similar issues for the Autumn 2009 Grad Fee Authorization entries expected to be posted in November.
To the best knowledge of the Controller’s Office, all student statements are correct in regard to the creation and credit given for the Grad Fee Authorizations.
