University Mail Services Shipping Program Training for Departments [11/16/09]

University Mail Services has implemented a new outbound shipping program with United Parcel Services (UPS) featuring deeply discounted rates for Express, International and Ground services. University departments can ship/track packages and send email notification to package recipients using the UPS desktop solution. A customized program validates chartfields to reduce data errors and prevent unnecessary rework.
Training is available November 20th, and December 4th, 11th and 18th. All sessions are one hour, and run from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. in the Innovation Lab at the Stores & Receiving Building, located at 2650 Kenny Road.
