Institutional Data Policy Training Report Improvements [10/20/08]
The Institutional Data Policy Training reports (SEC100) have been changed to provide details on the PeopleSoft Student (SIS) users. The improvements allow the report to display PeopleSoft SIS users separately from legacy Student System users (e.g. MARX, BARS and Registrar’s website). The changes are described below.
- Report 2 – Completion Summary by VP or College and Central Administrative System (SEC100-2) has two new fields to reflect the count of Student Users-SIS and Percentage of Student Users SIS Completing the Training.
- Report 4 – Detail Report by User – Option 2 (SEC100-4) has a new field to indicate when a specific individual is a Student User-SIS.
