Historical Financials System Data Purge Resumes [12/01/08]
Beginning 12/08/08, the Financials System will begin a second round of deleting historical data from the production system (FSOSU). Data meeting the purge criteria will be deleted through FY 2006. During the previous purge, completed in FY 2007, qualified data was deleted through FY 2004. The affected transactions include Ledgers, Journals, Purchase Orders, Inventory transactions, Vouchers and Payments. The purged data will still be available in the Financials Data Warehouse and can be accessed through eReports.
