Upcoming Maintenance for HR/SIS 12/12-12/14 [12/03/08]
Maintenance has been scheduled for the Human Resources/Student Information System (HR/SIS) which will require some downtime.
- Friday December 12th from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. - normal availability for all HR/SIS users.
- Friday, December 12th from 7 p.m. through Saturday, December 13th at 9 a.m. - all users will be locked out of the HR/SIS.
- Saturday, December 13th at 9 a.m. through Sunday, December 14th at 7 p.m. - access to the HR/SIS will be restricted as follows:
- HR users will continue to be locked-out of HR/SIS.
- SIS users will have read-only access to shared HCM tables, but unrestricted access to SIS tables.
- HR Benefits users will have access to Open Enrollment processing.
- Medical Center HR System users' access will be limited as follows: All HR users locked-out, eProfile users will have read only access, and eRecruit users will be locked-out, External Applicant users will have full access.
- Sunday, December 14th, at 7 p.m. standard user access will resume with normal batch processing starting at 7 p.m.
Normal access for all HR/SIS users is expected by start of business on Monday 12/15. The timings mentioned are approximate and will be adhered to as much as possible. Patience from the end user community is most appreciated.
Also, due to the maintenance planned this weekend (12/12 – 12/14) for the Human Resources/Student Information System (HR/SIS), there will be periods where HR eReports are also unavailable:
- HR eReports intermittently available from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday 12/12.
- HR eReports unavailable from 7 p.m. on 12/12 to 7 a.m. Saturday 12/13.
- HR eReports resume availability at 7 a.m. on Saturday 12/13.
