Asset Management
Course Description:
This course encompasses all departmental Asset Management functions within the Procurement system. Topics include updating asset information, tracking asset repair, service and warranty information, and receiving assets.
Prerequisites:
None.
If this is your first Administrative Systems training course, we encourage you to review the pre-training materials available online before attending this course.
Course Length:
3 hour Instructor-led course in a computer lab with hands-on practice.
Audience:
This course is recommended for all personnel who are designated as Equipment Coordinators in the Procurement system.
