IT Service Desk handling questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding computer hardware and software, Internet connectivity, and related topics.

Provides the loan, delivery, and setup of current instructional technologies and materials. Operator assistance or instruction for using the equipment is also provided. Media preview rooms and a media classroom can also be scheduled through this group.
