Office 2007 Overview: The Quick Access Toolbar
The Quick Access Toolbar is a place to keep your favorite
application features a click away. It is located at the top of the Ribbon
to the right of the Microsoft Office Button and is customizable. Clicking
[down
arrow] reveals a pop-up menu containing additonal commands you can
add to the Quick Access Toolbar. Selecting More Commands opens
an Options dialog
box with several choices, including up and down buttons for reording options
on the Toolbar.
Shortcut: Right-click a tool or option. Select “Add to Quick Access Toolbar” from the pop-up menu that appears.
