Beginning June 13, OIT's walk-in customer services will relocate in 025 Central Classroom Building from 512 Baker Systems Engineering.
In addition to the move, OIT is renaming the area IT Service Desk to better describe the encompassing set of services. The IT Service Desk encompasses OIT's customer services and the Telecommunications and Networking cellular sales and support area.
The IT Service Desk provides support for site licensed software (Microsoft products sold at Wired Out), e-mail & wireless accounts, identity maintenance, BuckeyeBar, disk recovery, Internet connectivity walk-in assistance, laptop consultation, OSU Wireless (cellular & data), and statistical consultation.
